The “Vodafone Access Gateway” is a small unit that plugs into your ADSL line and generates a 3G mobile network with full signal radius of 30 metres. This can then handle up to 4 simultaneous telephone calls, which are routed via the DSL line back into the Vodafone network. Apart from a small amount of power there are no additional costs on top of the user’s standard mobile call. To keep the service completely private you define which Vodafone mobile numbers have access to the
device.
