The latest model in the Nokia E series range of handsets is now available ex stock. Like all the models in the E series range it is aimed at the business user market and complements the range by providing a slide out QWERTY keyboard with larger keys for typing. This leaves the front of the phone to carry only the numeric keyboard of a standard phone, making the device easier to live with than the E71 and E63 devices.
The main features are otherwise very similar to the E71, with 3.2 megapixel camera, high speed data at up to 3.6 M Byte per second (network dependant); easy to use WiFi; connectivity to MS Exchange etc. Compared to the E71 the video performance is enhanced to 30 fps and the sales package includes a 4Gb external memory card. With this capacity the device can be used as a plug and play memory stick or as a music player.
The E75 is pre-loaded with all of the latest business software including a new version of Nokia’s “Mail For Exchange” programme. This application provides direct synch to Microsoft Exchange over mobile or WiFi and the new version now provides better integration than ever with the exchange server.
