This policy started as soon as the merger between Orange and T Mobile was announced and signifies the beginning of the battle between the networks to switch existing customers.

I am currently with orange who are currently unable to let me upgrade my contract as I am wanting to get an iphone contract. i am also not happy about the merger with T-mobile as i left them to join orange because of the poor service. I am interested to see what you can offer.
