Sue Haynes – Accounts and Administration
Along with Kelly, Sue is the glue that holds Next Communications together, as she is responsible for the accounts and is the person who makes sure that all the company’s administration is done quickly and accurately. She has been with Next for 14 years this August and joined the company after taking a career break to raise her daughter.
Sue has a strong background in accounts so in addition to keeping on top of all the administration, she manages all the company’s finances, sorting out any invoicing or invoicing queries - a vital part of any business. Her work includes sales ledger, raising invoices and collecting payments, purchase ledger, processing suppliers’ invoices and payment of invoices. Sue is also responsible for Vodafone contracts and commissions.
Sue says the best part of her job is working with great people in a small team and that she appreciates the flexible hours that working at Next affords.
In her private life, Sue is a keen gardener and walker who loves looking after her family and socialising with her network of friends.
Sue’s ten-year plan places emphasis on the well-being of her family and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
