Lee Trueman – Senior Engineer
Along with Mark, Lee joined Next from Test Valley Communications (TVC) where he worked as Senior Engineer for two years. Lee is a highly experienced engineer, having worked in the telecoms industry for sixteen years.
Lee works alongside Dave and Chris in the service centre. He specialises in the installation and maintenance of business phone systems as well as data cabling and general installation of telecoms equipment.
Like all his colleagues, Lee is hot on customer service and gets great satisfaction from seeing a job through to completion. He says the best part of his job is that no two days are ever the same and he particularly likes tackling any obstacles which are thrown his way. He also enjoys solving problems - technical support is an equally important part of his job.
Although his family is very important to him, Lee also has a passion for kart racing and runs an endurance kart championship in his spare time.
Over the next ten years, he plans to move into a managerial role. He also intends to keep an eye on his health, in order to continue to take an active part in his sons’ lives.
