Craig Desty– Sales Manager
Craig’s strong ICT background has stood him in good stead over the eight years he has been at the company. During this time, he has seen his role expand from where he began as Account Manager, encompassing many more aspects of the business.
Craig has witnessed first-hand the speed at which technology has moved. When he first started, customers were simply handed a SIM card and a phone but today, phones can do more than anyone could have imagined. Customers don’t just want to make calls, they want mobile e-mail, speedy connection to broadband, car kits, vehicle tracking – and more.
It is Craig’s responsibility to make sure that Next’s customers get not just the right product but that they get the very best deal.
Like Sam, he loves the technical side of his job and the two of them are always keen to try out any new technology.
Outside work, he is also a sports fan. He owns a horse called Seren, likes football and is an ever-hopeful Saints season ticket holder.
His primary 10-year ambition is still to be healthy.
