Amanda Kenway – Telesales
Amanda is the newest member of the team and has been in post for less than a year. Before joining Next, Amanda worked with children for Sure Start, a government programme which links together early education, childcare, health and family support.
Among other things, Amanda is now involved in new business – the lifeline of any successful enterprise. She also alerts existing customers when their renewals are due and makes sure that all customers are happy with the work carried out for them. Hers is a friendly voice on the end of the phone; someone who is available to current and prospective customers, making sure that all comments and views are heard, noted and acted upon.
Amanda thinks the best part of her job is the follow-up and makes it her business to ensure that the company’s high service standards are actively carried through.
Outside work, Amanda likes looking after her family and keeps fit by swimming.
Amanda’s ten-year plan is to keep working and to keep her family in good health. Ideally, she’d like to win the National Lottery – but then, who wouldn’t?
